Helen and Jae Gallery Seoul will hold “Rhythm in Color,” featuring four artists from four countries, from December 29, 2022 to January 20, 2023, in celebration of the year-end and New Year holidays.

In this exhibition, the paintings were carefully selected for a pleasant year-end and New Year holidays.

Director Lee Hyeon-hee, who planned the exhibition, said, "I hope that this exhibition will become an event filled with art that harmonizes sight, hearing and taste, and that all the audiences who see it will be happy.“

Participating artists are a total of 4 people who have left their home countries and are working in foreign lands.

First of all, Daniel Militonian is an artist from Russia who uses the nickname Dunkees and is currently active in LA, USA. His works show the influence of pop art and surrealism, but he is more interested in the joy of action and communication beyond the art museum rather than the purity of art.

Diego Tirigall is from Argentina and currently lives in Spain. The artist says that the convenience of consumerism is sweet like a contract with the devil, but it is like an empty can.

Chuchin Gutierrez is from Colombia and currently lives and works in Chile. The artist draws figures with a bold touch, and his paintings are graphic yet free and captivate the audience's attention.

Hyungsub Choi is from South Korea and currently lives and works in France. He works with lines as a motif, and his habit of recording from his foreign life is implied by curves in his works.
