“G-Star2022”, the world's largest game exhibition and festival beyond Korea, will kick off at BEXCO in Busan on the morning of November 17.

Unlike the previous G-Star, which was held as an untact exhibition due to the influence of COVID-19, “G-Star2022” will be held as a large-scale offline event. For this reason, hundreds of thousands of visitors and buyers from all over the world are expected to watch “G-Star2022”.

In particular, “G-Star2022” will provide a great opportunity for major Korean game developers, who are leading the global online and mobile game markets, to experience new games they are developing.

“G-Star2022” will run for four days until the 20th under the slogan "Life is game." “G-Star2022” is the last international game exhibition of the year worldwide. For this reason, it is attracting the attention of the global game industry around the world.

In this G-Star, competition for the popularity of masterpieces, which are scheduled to be launched in the global game market after next year, is expected to be very fierce.

Major game developers in Korea are the core exhibitors of “G-Star2022”. Most of Korea's major game developers, including the main sponsor Wemade, will participate. These companies will set up large exhibition booths and introduce a number of new games under development.

First of all, WeMade will release MMORPGs 'Legend of IMIR' and 'Night Crow'. These games are worth evaluating as new concepts of MMORPG that implement a more advanced blockchain economy. And these games will be tested by gamers once again at “G-Star2022” , ahead of the official commercial service in 2023.

Nexon plans to set up the largest exhibition space among the exhibitors to unveil a number of new works under development, including the third person shooting game "War-Haven," the root shooter game "First Descendunt," the upcoming racing game "Kartrider Drift," and the mobile version of the big-hit online game "Mabinogi"

NetMarble announced that it will put action RPG using the IP of the global popular webtoon "Level Up Alone" as well as open-world MMORPG "Arthdal Chronicles" and "Paragon: The Overprime" real-time battle royal game "Hype Squad," which is a mixture of TPS and MOBA genres.

NeoWiz is betting everything on the globally anticipated action RPG 'Lies Of P'. The game was awarded the Best of Best at Gamescom awards, an international game exhibition in Germany in August, and is the most anticipated work in “G-Star2022”. NeoWiz has set up a large demonstration room to focus on this game on G-Star.

Kakao Games will unveil a variety of games on “G-Star2022”, including the collection-type mobile game "Ever Soul" and MMORPG "Ares: Rise of Guardians."

Krafton puts the horror game 'Callisto Protocol' at the forefront, which was unveiled at overseas game exhibitions. The game will be the final test on “G-Star2022” ahead of its official launch in the global market on December 2.

Unlike Gamescom in Germany, TGS in Japan, and E3 in the United States, G-Star has been dominated by online and mobile games. However, various console games will be introduced at “G-Star2022”, drawing attention from global X-box and PS users.

G-Star has been reborn as the world's largest comprehensive game festival that encompasses console games, arcade games, and board games, away from online games and mobile games.

Ahead of the opening of "G-Star2022" on the morning of the 17th of this month, not only BEXCO, the exhibition hall, but also the whole of Busan is slowly heating up with game fever.

In addition, the eyes and ears of gamers and game market officials around the world are focused on Busan, where "G-Star2022" will be held. Busan, Korea's second largest city, is likely to be full of game fever by the end of this week.
