K-pop girl group ITZY has made a dynamic return with their latest album, "Born To Be," showcasing a commitment to artistic growth. The album stands out as the first to feature solo tracks from all five members – Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna. The individual titles include "Crown On My Head" (Yeji), "Blossom" (Lia), "Run Away" (Ryujin), "Mine" (Chaeryeong), and "Yet but" (Yuna).

During a press event in Seoul, Yeji emphasized the group's venture into diverse genres and styles, pushing their creative boundaries. The members actively participated in the composition and lyric-writing process for their solo tracks, adding a unique dimension to the album.

Lead single "Untouchable" carries a resolute message of forging one's path despite obstacles, aligning with ITZY's ongoing theme of self-love and respect since their debut in 2019.

Unfortunately, Lia is currently on a break due to extreme tension and anxiety, leading to her absence from promotional activities for the new album.

As 2024 marks ITZY's fifth anniversary, members expressed gratitude for the support received throughout their journey. The group is set to kick off their second world tour, "ITZY 2ND WORLD TOUR," with two days of solo concerts at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul on Feb. 24 and 25. The members assured fans that the show is designed to deliver their distinctive performances, despite Lia's temporary hiatus.

"We have fully immersed ourselves in preparation to fill Lia's void," mentioned Chaeryeong, while Ryujin teased large-scale performances and expressed anticipation for strong support from the audience.
