ThisWeekendRoom features promising contemporary visual artists based on international networks. Opened in December 2015 in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul, the gallery has investigated connecting visual art with daily life. The gallery relocated its space to the Hannam district, having a robust contemporary art landscape to expand its platform and react promptly to the current art scene. We aim to incubate meaningful contemporary art discourse in Asia markets beyond Korea, with vibrant curatorial practice.
