Riize Dominates Japanese Charts with Debut Single “Lucky”

Rookie boy group Riize has swept the music charts in Japan with their debut single “Lucky,” according to SM Entertainment on Tuesday. Released last week, “Lucky” secured the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s Weekly Single Ranking after maintaining the top position on its Daily Single Ranking for five consecutive days. The single also achieved No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s weekly Top Single Sales chart.
The Japan debut single features three tracks: the title song “Lucky,” along with B-sides “Be My Next” and “Same Key.” Notably, “Same Key” was featured as an original soundtrack for the Japanese drama Makeup with Mud.
Last month, Riize concluded their sold-out fan concert tour across Japan, performing in nine cities for 15 shows. During the tour, the group performed the tracks from the debut single in advance, delighting their Japanese audience.
