“The title of the exhibition, “Thou Mountain” borrows the poetic expression of poet Jung Hee-Seong, Because the poet who sublimated the labor reality and people's emotions into poetic language and the painter who expressed them with thick paint are in common. The wrinkles of the painter's deeply dented paint look as if they have been worn over time. This is a relation of time that can only be recognized by looking at it for a long time. The time and traces hidden in the work by the artist, shake the heart of the appreciator. And also Intense colors and strong themes captivate the audience. In this exhibition, I collected works with the theme of mountains among the works of artist Song ju eung. I think the mountains, he painted are very similar to him. The wrinkles on the mountains and valleys in the work make you feel the artist's heart….” From
