Stephen Friedman Gallery Highlights Global Talent at Art Basel 2024

Stephen Friedman Gallery will present a diverse group exhibition at Art Basel 2024, running from June 13 to 16 at Messe Basel, featuring artists from around the world, including notable new works and historical pieces.

The exhibition, located at Booth J03, will showcase a wide range of media, including painting, sculpture, textiles, and drawing, with highlights from internationally acclaimed artists.

A significant focus is placed on the works of Korean artist Yooyun Yang, whose innovative pieces will be prominently displayed, reflecting the gallery's commitment to featuring diverse global talent.

New works by Leilah Babirye, Jeffrey Gibson, and Yinka Shonibare CBE RA, who are also part of the 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, will be presented, alongside significant earlier works from other renowned artists.

Stephen Friedman Gallery continues to expand its global presence, having recently relocated to Cork Street in London and opened its first location outside the UK in Tribeca, New York.
