The wood sculptor artist Sun-hyun Han held his solo exhibition in Seoul.

Han is a sculptor who uses wood to unfold his world of formative art. He reveals the value, philosophy, and artistic symbolism of human life featuring a specific animal 'goat' in his work.

He has been dealing with wood for a long time, and beyond just making figures, he expresses different shapes of wood grains like our lives.

The wood used in the work was imported from all over the world, including Africa, Southeast Asia, and Brazil, and then dried and aged. Through these processes, wood with various wood grain characteristics is reborn as new works of art through artists.

The artist explains the strong vitality of wood, saying, "The wood comes into my hands after death, but it still breathes."
