K-pop girl group Red Velvet marked their 10th debut anniversary on Monday with the release of their new mini album, "Cosmic."
The album features six tracks, each using celestial metaphors to explore profound emotions tied to significant values and relationships. The lead track, “Cosmic,” composed by renowned producer Kenzie and Swedish duo Moonshine, portrays a narrative of encountering a traveler from a distant star, symbolizing eternal love discovered through destiny.
Red Velvet’s signature angelic vocal harmonies amplify the romantic and fairytale-like ambiance of the song.
In addition to "Cosmic," the album includes tracks like “Sunflower,” “Last Drop,” “Love Arcade,” “Bubble,” and “Night Drive.”
The group debuted in August 2014 with the single “Happiness” and will celebrate their milestone anniversary with a fan concert tour starting from August 3-4 at the SK Olympic Handball Stadium in Seoul. They will then perform in Bangkok on August 17-18, Jakarta on September 7, Manila on September 14, and Macao on September 28.
