Originally released on January 5, the dreamy song, likening one's first love to an emergency, swiftly ascended to the top of the real-time Top 100 chart on LINE Music, Japan's largest music chart. The track also secured the top spot on iTunes' top songs chart in nine regions and landed in the top 10 in 16 regions. Notably, "Love 119" earned Riize their first trophy from a television music chart show in their home country on Thursday.

In addition to their musical success, the six members of Riize made a prominent appearance at the Louis Vuitton menswear fashion show in Paris last week. Named ambassadors for the French fashion house just three months after their debut, the pre-fall event marked their official outing as the brand's representatives.
