JYP Entertainment has confirmed that K-pop boy group Stray Kids will take center stage at Lollapalooza Chicago, set to unfold at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois, from August 1 to 4. Originating as a touring spectacle in 1991, Lollapalooza has solidified its presence at Grant Park, emerging as a premier music extravaganza in the United States.

Stray Kids' upcoming performance marks a significant milestone for the K-pop genre, as they previously headlined Lollapalooza Paris in July, a groundbreaking achievement for any K-pop artist. Joining them as headliners for the Chicago festival this year are American rapper and music producer Tyler, the Creator, along with American rock band Blink-182.
In addition to Stray Kids, K-pop girl groups Ive and Vcha are slated to grace the Lollapalooza Chicago stage. Notably, last year saw another K-pop sensation, TXT, headlining the event.
Ahead of their Lollapalooza appearance, Stray Kids is scheduled to headline major music festivals across Europe in July. On July 12, they will command the stage at I-Days in Milan, Italy, hosted at the Ippodromo Snai San Siro. Subsequently, on July 14, the group will captivate audiences at BST Hyde Park in London, further solidifying their presence as the first K-pop boy group to headline such prominent events.
