NCT 127 Releases New Single "Colors" in Japan

NCT 127 released their single "Colors" in Japan on Thursday to celebrate the sixth anniversary of their debut in the country, according to their label, SM Entertainment. The seven-member subunit previously performed the R&B track during their first dome tour in Japan, "Neo City: Japan – The Link," in 2022, and fans had been requesting its official release.

The group debuted in Japan with the EP "Chain" in May 2018 and recently concluded their second dome tour, "Neo City: Japan – The Unity," in March. The tour, which spanned Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo, attracted a total audience of 260,000.

NCT 127 is currently working on their sixth studio album, set to be released in the third quarter. Their fifth album, "Fact Check," released in October last year, reached No. 16 on the Billboard 200 and sold over 1.64 million units in its first week.
