The "Beyond Van Gogh" exhibition launched on Thursday and will run through October 31, offering visitors a completely new way to engage with the Dutch master's iconic paintings.
The exhibition features an impressive collection of 300 masterpieces, including some of Van Gogh's most celebrated works such as "Starry Night," "Sunflowers," and "Café Terrace at Night." Rather than displaying traditional static paintings, the immersive experience allows visitors to step inside Van Gogh's artistic world, surrounding them with his vibrant colors and distinctive brushstrokes in a multi-sensory environment.
Visitors can experience this unique art installation daily from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with ticket prices ranging from £14 to £27 depending on the time and day of visit. The varying price structure allows the exhibition to accommodate different budgets while managing crowd flow throughout the day.
Lise Moore, chief executive at the Devon County Agricultural Association, shared her enthusiasm about the exhibition after experiencing it firsthand. "It's really inspiring," Moore said, "and I think you can really sit and watch and appreciate what it is."
