According to Zico's agency, KOZ Entertainment, "Spot!" topped three charts - new releases, rising, and hot trends - on China's largest music streaming platform, QQ Music, by Saturday at 7 p.m. Additionally, the song quickly ascended to the top of several domestic music charts shortly after its release at 6 p.m. on Friday.
In response to the success of "Spot!," Zico expressed, through his agency, his satisfaction with the song's intuitive excitement and simple arrangement. He emphasized his intention to create a song that maintains interest by removing unnecessary elements and highlighting key aspects.
Celebrating his 10th anniversary as a solo artist, Zico is slated to participate in various activities following the release of "Spot!" On Friday, he debuted as the new host of the late-night KBS music talk show "The Seasons." Additionally, he is scheduled to perform at the Hiphopplaya Festival at Nanji Hangang Park in Seoul on May 4.
