Pianist Yunchan Lim, represented by Moc Production, has modified the program for his upcoming nationwide recital tour, scheduled for June. Originally set to feature pieces from his latest album "Chopin: Études, Op. 10 & 25," Lim will now perform Tchaikovsky's "The Seasons," Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition," and selections from Mendelssohn's "Songs without Words."
Lim has previously showcased pieces from his album overseas, including performances in the U.S. and Japan following its release earlier this month. The decision to alter the program was made by Lim himself, with his agency stating that he is enthusiastic about the new selection and requesting respect for his artistic choice.
The recitals will commence at the Lotte Concert Hall in southern Seoul on June 7, followed by performances in Cheonan on June 9, Daegu on June 12, Tongyeong on June 15, Bucheon on June 17, and Gwangju on June 19. The tour will conclude at the Seoul Arts Center in southern Seoul on June 22.
