BTS leader RM has secured two major wins at the 2024 UK Music Video Awards, announced label Big Hit Music on Friday. The music video for “Lost!,” the lead track from his second solo album Right Place, Wrong Person, was awarded in two categories: Best Alternative Video International and Best Production Design in a Video.

Directed by French filmmaker Aube Perrie, the video has made history as the first K-pop artist’s work to win at the UKMVAs, a prestigious award ceremony celebrating excellence in music videos and visual artistry. This recognition follows the video’s success at Germany’s Ciclope Festival earlier in November, where it claimed an impressive four trophies.

Since its release, Lost! has resonated strongly with international audiences, topping the iTunes Top Songs Chart in 73 regions. The album itself debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, further cementing RM’s influence in the global music scene.

This double win not only underscores RM’s versatility and the international appeal of his solo work but also highlights the expanding reach of K-pop in global media and visual arts.
