Felix of Stray Kids continues to lead by example, joining UNICEF Korea’s UNICEF Team campaign to support children worldwide. On December 23, a representative from UNICEF Korea announced, “Felix has become part of the UNICEF Team campaign, taking action for children affected by war, natural disasters, and poverty.”

The UNICEF Team campaign, launched in 2018, promotes solidarity to address the needs of vulnerable children globally. Felix will join the ranks of goodwill ambassadors like Kim Yuna (UNICEF International Goodwill Ambassador), Kim Hye Soo (Korean Committee Goodwill Ambassador), and Faker (Unicaster), using his platform to amplify the campaign’s message of compassion and collective action.

As part of this initiative, Felix and the other ambassadors will contribute their talents to raise awareness. A representative explained, “They will share messages of hope and encourage public participation to support children through this campaign.”

Joo Mi Jin, Secretary General of UNICEF Korea, expressed her gratitude, saying, “We deeply appreciate these four individuals for sharing their valuable talents and heartfelt dedication to children in need. Their contributions inspire others to take action.”

To further promote the campaign, videos and photos featuring the UNICEF Team bracelet will be unveiled on the UNICEF Korea website, social media channels, and in the January 2025 issue of Marie Claire Korea.

Felix’s philanthropic efforts with UNICEF are well-documented. In January 2024, he donated 100 million won to UNICEF Korea, becoming the youngest member of the Honors Club, an exclusive group of donors contributing over 100 million won. His donation funded nutritional and water sanitation programs for children in Laos. Felix later visited the project site in February to witness the impact firsthand and support ongoing efforts.

In September, Felix celebrated his birthday by donating an additional 50 million won to UNICEF. His continuous acts of kindness underscore his deep commitment to the well-being and growth of children around the world.

Meanwhile, Stray Kids is achieving remarkable success with their latest album 合 (HOP) and title track Walkin’ on Water. The group has topped the Billboard 200 chart for the sixth consecutive time, solidifying its position as a global music icon.
