On Wednesday, a day before his discharge, Jinyoung teased his return with photos on social media, including one where he held up an index finger, signaling “one day” left until his release. His agency, BH Entertainment, also engaged fans by inviting them to submit questions, which Jinyoung addressed in a special livestream on Thursday.
The singer and actor’s return marks the end of a year and a half of military duty, during which he briefly stepped back from his artistic pursuits. Jinyoung initially gained recognition for his acting debut in the teen drama Dream High 2 in 2012 before officially debuting with GOT7 in 2014.
