World Architecture Festival and The Architects Newspaper Reveal 40 Under 40 North America Award Winners

The World Architecture Festival (WAF), in partnership with The Architects Newspaper, has announced the winners of its inaugural 40 Under 40 North America initiative, recognizing exceptional young architectural talent across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This groundbreaking program celebrates the individual skills and creativity of emerging architects under 40 years old who are reshaping contemporary architecture through their innovative work.

"This program is about recognizing and celebrating the individual skills and creativity of younger architects, whether working in offices or their own practices," said Paul Finch, WAF's program director. "Being exhibited at WAF will make a mark among international architects from around the globe, and will enhance professional reputations and career prospects."

The 40 winners were carefully selected by an international jury and represent a diverse range of architectural practices, from independent studios to large corporate firms. Among the notable winners are several architects who have gained recent recognition, including Andrew Linn of BLDUS, Lindsey Wikstrom of Mattaforma, Laura Salazar of salazarsequeromedina, and Jimmie Drummond of DRUMMOND PROJECTS.
