K-pop sensation Seventeen will temporarily continue their activities without two of its members as Jeonghan prepares for mandatory military service and Jun focuses on his acting career in China for the latter half of the year, Pledis Entertainment announced on Monday.

Jeonghan is scheduled to commence his military service later this year, which will prevent him from participating in the promotion of Seventeen’s upcoming 12th mini album and the "Seventeen [Right Here] World Tour," set to begin in October. Despite this, Jeonghan will fulfill previously committed appearances, including fan signing events and Lollapalooza Berlin in September. Pledis Entertainment confirmed that Jeonghan’s military service details will be shared in due course.

Meanwhile, Jun will concentrate on his acting career in China, which will impact his availability for group activities. Although he has completed the recording of content planned for release, Jun’s schedule conflicts will prevent him from attending Lollapalooza Berlin, participating in music show promotions for the mini album, and joining the world tour.

Pledis Entertainment assured fans that Jun remains dedicated to Seventeen and will participate in as many events as possible to connect with their fan community, known as Carats. The agency expressed their appreciation for fans’ understanding during this period and emphasized the group’s commitment to maintaining their promotional activities with the remaining members.

The temporary absence of Jeonghan and Jun highlights the members' pursuits while showcasing Seventeen’s resilience and continued dedication to their global fanbase.
