Jaehyun of NCT is gearing up for his highly anticipated solo debut, with two pre-release tracks from his upcoming album “J” set to drop on Monday, as confirmed by SM Entertainment. The full album is scheduled for release on August 26, marking a significant milestone in Jaehyun’s career as he steps into the spotlight as a solo artist.

The two tracks, "Dandelion" and "Roses," showcase Jaehyun's versatility as a vocalist, offering fans a glimpse into the diverse emotional range of his new music. "Dandelion" is an upbeat and innocent R&B tune that highlights the lighter side of Jaehyun’s vocal abilities, while "Roses" delves deeper, evoking the melancholic longing for a lost love. Notably, Jaehyun was involved in the songwriting process for both tracks, adding a personal touch to his solo work.

The album “J” will feature a total of eight tracks, including both Korean and English-language versions of the main single “Smoke.” This dual-language approach reflects Jaehyun's global appeal and his ambition to reach a broader audience.

In addition to his solo activities, Jaehyun recently participated in a fan meetup in Seoul with his fellow NCT 127 members to celebrate the subunit's eighth anniversary. During the live event, the group also announced plans for a standalone concert in Seoul in January, further exciting fans.

As Jaehyun’s solo debut draws nearer, anticipation continues to build among fans and industry watchers alike. With his proven talent and dedication, “J” is expected to make a strong impact on the charts and solidify Jaehyun’s place as a prominent solo artist in the K-pop scene.
