EXO’s Chanyeol is set to release his debut solo album, titled "Black Out," on August 28, as confirmed by SM Entertainment. The forthcoming EP features six tracks, including the title song, and spans a variety of genres to demonstrate Chanyeol's versatile musical talents.
Though this marks his first full solo album, Chanyeol has previously released solo singles such as "SSFW" and "Tomorrow" through SM’s Station project, as well as the digital single "Good Enough" last year.
In conjunction with the album release, Chanyeol will kick off a solo tour named “City-scape,” covering 10 Asian cities. The tour will start with two performances in Seoul on the first weekend of September. Following the Seoul shows, Chanyeol will visit four Japanese cities—Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka—as well as Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Hong Kong, concluding the tour on November 21.
This announcement follows Chanyeol's recent solo activities and marks a significant step in his career, providing fans with an opportunity to experience his musical artistry beyond his work with EXO.
