Rosé, a member of global K-pop sensation Blackpink, has signed with Atlantic Records for her upcoming solo projects, according to her agency The Black Label. This partnership with the Warner Music subsidiary is expected to boost her solo career, aligning her with renowned artists such as Bruno Mars, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran.

To mark the signing, Atlantic Records welcomed Rosé with a bouquet of red roses and a note saying, "Welcome to the family!" The deal signals significant anticipation for her future solo releases.

Rosé made her solo debut in March 2021 with the single album “R,” becoming the second Blackpink member to pursue a solo career. The album broke records on its release day, selling over 280,000 copies and surpassing the previous first-week sales record for a female K-pop soloist in just one day.

Her title track, “On The Ground,” reached No. 70 on Billboard’s Hot 100, marking the highest ranking for a K-pop female solo artist. The song's music video also set a Guinness World Record for the most viewed K-pop solo music video within 24 hours, with 41.6 million views on YouTube.

Rosé’s new partnership with Atlantic Records is expected to open new doors for her international career as she prepares to release more solo material.
