Stephen Friedman Gallery presents 'clouds,' Kenturah Davis' debut solo exhibition in the UK, exploring perception through art.

Davis' works are guided by her essay on themes like dance, African diaspora, and theoretical physics, inspired by notable figures including Katherine Dunham and Florence B. Price.

The exhibition features portrait-based series, capturing Black women's improvised movements and detailing the careers of trailblazing Black creatives.

Davis also presents a series based on cloud snapshots, blending quantum physics and art to challenge conventional meanings in various fields.

The exhibition runs at 5–6 Cork Street, London, from May 31 to July 20, 2024, with gallery hours Tuesday–Friday, 10am–6pm, and Saturday, 11am–5pm.
