The anticipation for Seventeen's appearance at UNESCO headquarters was heightened, marking the first instance of a K-pop group being invited to speak at a session during the biennial UNESCO General Conference. A significant turnout was evident, with over 3,600 people registering for the limited 550 available seats, making it the largest crowd at a UNESCO session, as stated by the agency.

South Korean Foreign Minister Park Jin expressed excitement about Seventeen's attendance in his keynote speech at the conference on Sunday. Describing the group as a "globally famous K-pop band," Park anticipated their session as a celebration of the unlimited possibilities for the future generation.
Seventeen's special session, scheduled for approximately an hour starting at 7:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, will feature individual members—Seung-kwan, Jun, Woozi, Mingyu, Joshua, and Vernon—sharing personal experiences related to the theme of "education and solidarity for the youth changing their future and the future of the Earth," according to Pledis.
The group will extend their narrative through a performance, presenting five songs, including "_World," "Darl+ing (English ver.)," "Headliner," "God of Music," and "Together (English ver.)." Additionally, Seventeen will release a separate performance clip outside of the session.
It's noteworthy that only 12 members of Seventeen traveled to Paris, as S. Coups is currently on a break to recover from a leg injury and will not participate in the session, as per Pledis.
